The Finishing College (TFC) is a fully accredited, South African Institution which provides Public and Private Organizations with professional knowledge and behavioural skills. Therefore, to ensure that all client’s training needs are fulfilled effectively, TFC Corporate Division will focus and continuously analyse todays dynamic environment to generate tailored courses which tackle ongoing challenges around Public and Private organisations.
Our courses are designed with practical components for all professionals to achieve the objectives of their organisation in different industries. All our courses have an in-built, world-class training in etiquette to give professionals an added advantage in business interactions and functional roles in their respective organisations.

TFC have a team of excellent, Qualified, SETA Registered, well Trained and Experienced Lecturers with proven track records of delivery in the education, training, and skills development programmes.
We are the epitome of the finishing touch required to achieve new heights and climb the corporate ladder higher and faster. There is a strong demand for our workshops because we only employ high performing lecturers with experience in the workplace, and we have loyal relationships with companies and entrepreneur incubators.

We have identified the most in-demand fields of study for the Corporate World and have obtained full accreditation in these fields.
The TFC Corporate Division is fully accredited with a variety of education training and quality assurance bodies.
(DHET, QCTO, SETAs and Professional Bodies).

The Finishing College is also a registered exam centre with the Department of Higher Education.

TFC Programs are developed and frequently updated, based not only on the latest international management principles and practices, but also on field research, first-hand experience, in-depth knowledge of the region and the specific requirements of organizations. Public Training Programs are open to participants from any organization.

These participants have the opportunity to concentrate on their learning away from the job and without the pressures of day-to-day work. Participants also benefit from sharing experiences with people from other organizations and gain a new perspective on common problems.

TFC relies on a variety of training and facilitation methods and techniques. Used whenever applicable, these methods are aimed at enhancing individual and group interaction while maximizing learning. Some of these methods are:

✓ Group debriefs.
✓ Individual and team exercises, indoors and outdoors.
✓ Behaviour modelling and role-plays.
✓ One-to-one and group discussions.
✓ Case studies, simulations and small projects.
✓ Individual action plans (to follow up and evaluate training results).
✓ To ensure the concepts and skills introduced in our programs are duly transferred to the workplace, TFC is ready to incorporate an “action plan” section at the end of any training program. This section will constitute an integral part of the training and will be completed by the participants before the closing of the program.

Customised training programs represent concentrated, practical, one-to-one coaching sessions, with individuals receiving the full-time attention of specialized and experienced consultants. We have conducted many such in-depth training programs, which were specifically designed for individual participants. The subjects covered were based on the specific needs of each participant. The programs usually comprise briefings by TFC Senior Consultants, reviews of manuals, reports and other data, as well as supervised exercises and structured discussions.

In addition to our scheduled professional training programmes and seminars, TFC has produced many In-House courses. These In-House courses accommodate your needs when groups of professionals require training. Whatever the topic, we can fulfil your training needs.
Most of the training courses described can be offered within the “In-House Training” package in English and are then designed to effectively and economically meet the specific needs of the client. TFC can also design and offer “In-House Training” courses and seminars on subjects that are not listed in our courses.
